“Blithe Spirit” – Dinner Theater

Wife #1 wants him back. Wife #2 wants him committed. Did we mention his first wife is dead? You’ll love this insanely funny Broadway comedy – “Blithe Spirit” at Sal & Mookie’s!

MS Murder Mysteries/Fringe Dinner Theater presents Noel Coward’s classic offers up fussy, cantankerous novelist Charles Condomine (Clayton Southerland) who invites eccentric medium Madame Arcati (Brandi Southerland) to conduct a séance at his house. He plans to gather material for his next book while exposing her as a charlatan in the presence of his second wife, Ruth (Jessica Wright), and to the amusement of their friend Dr. Bradman (Alden Kirkland). However, the plan backfires when the ghost of Charles’ deceased wife, Elvira (Lelane Ray Higgins), unwittingly appears. Visible to and heard only by Charles, Elvira is intent on creating mischief and disrupting his current marriage. Mayhem ensues as Charles is caught between his two wives and a neurotic maid, Edith (Becky Hill Martin).
