The winners are Don Drumm of Akron, Ohio for his pewter leaf dishes which have been a customer favorite at circa.. Another honoree, Lil McKinnon-Hicks of Jackson, MS, is awarded for earrings of silver, copper, enamel, pearls and gemstones grace the ears of many of the of customers. Finally, Robin Smith, also of Jackson, is lauded for necklaces of gold vermeil and gemstones that make a simply elegant statement, and are perfect for wearing alone or layering with others.

circa. created these awards to honor those who have devoted their lives to beautifying the world around us and feeding our souls with their inspirational work. Each winner will receive a fused glass plaque created by Craig Escude, co-owner of circa.

circa. opened its doors in late 2010 and carries all-American artisan-made items for your home, garden and body including clothing, jewelry, furniture, artwork, garden items and an artisan scent bar where you can create custom scented body and bath products. circa. will celebrate its 1st anniversary during Fondren Unwrapped on November 17 and will also institute “Best Artisan Gift Gatherings” beginning that night and continuing every Thursday night in December.
