Parlor Market is teaming up with Sal & Mookie’s New York Pizza and Ice Cream Joint for PM Pizza on August 20 from 4:30pm – 10pm. The announcement was made today by Chef Jesse Houston of Parlor Market and Chef Dan Blumenthal of Sal & Mookie’s. The event will be a pop-up, one day only promotion to be held at Sal & Mookie’s in Fondren.

The idea came from a myriad of customers suggesting Houston add a pizza themed event to his PM series, started by the restaurant’s late founder Craig Noone. While Parlor Market could handle barbecue, tacos, burgers and soul food, their kitchens simply weren’t equipped for pizza. That’s when Blumenthal and his team collaborated with Houston for the special night.

There will all new specialty pizzas paired with craft beers and cocktails, infused ice cream and over the top desserts, just what you have come to expect from PM themed events. And, just like any other PM event, you’ll get a souvenir cup to take away and there will be tee shirts for sale.
