Fondren to Be Featured at True South Classic

Join us Sunday, July 22 at 3pm as Fondren teams up to play golf with the big boys of the True South Classic at Annandale Golf Club.  Fondren Renaissance Foundation  will be hosting this year’s ladies day event “Gals on the Greens” with special guest Jill Conner Browne in the special events tent aptly called the ”Fondren Pavilion”.  Once inside the pavilion, you will experience the transformation of the restaurants and local sights of Fondren through blown up photo banners of the iconic historic district.  Featured Fondren restaurants include Babalu Tacos and Tapas, Brent’s Drugs, Broad Street Baking Company and Café, Campbell’s Bakery, Fatsumo Sushi, Sal & Mookie’s New York Pizza and Ice Cream Joint, and Walker’s Drive-In as well as Fondren Cellars Wine and Spirits.  Each of these establishments will be presenting their unique food and drink creations in front of their own 8′x8′ “photographed establishment”.
