Tonight is the monthly Jackson Bike Advocates Community Bike Ride. We’ve had over 40 riders the last two months. The support from the community has been growing and extremely positive. We’ll meet as always in the Rainbow Grocery parking lot at 6 and ride out at 6:15. We will do an 8 mile loop through downtown stopping once briefly to let the less experienced riders catch their breath. This is a slow conversationally-paced ride with no one left behind. All bikes and riders are welcome. Helmets and lights are strongly encouraged. Come on out, bring a friend, and stick around for some food and drinks afterwards
This is a great opportunity to raise bicycle awareness on the streets of Jackson, all while having a great time. There is a lot happening downtown tonight so this would be a great start to a fun date night. This has proven to be a fun way to meet new people that LOVE BIKES! And, Revolution Mobile Bicycle Service will be there early to help out with any last minute adjustments or simple repairs.
Any bike will do, so get out the cruisers, single speeds, hybrids, road and mountain bikes and join us! Again, helmets and blinkies are strongly encouraged; squeezer pants, however, not so much.
