If you missed Chef Dan Autrey’s breakfast last Friday at Broadmeadow United Methodist Church, you still have time to enjoy his food as he helps to raise funds for a new church kitchen floor. Autrey and wife Beth are coordinating the fundraiser every Friday in June. Broadmeadow graciously allows the neighborhood to use the kitchen throughout the year for various projects. Every Friday in June, Autrey is offering a different meal. Remaining this month:

 

June 10: Soups (Available all day as supplies last)

  • Cream of Mushroom, Corn Chowder, Minestrone: $8/quart
  • Chicken and Dumplings: $10/quart

June 17: Full Dinner **Limited quantities, please pre-order 601-260-3442 (available for pick up 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.)

  • #1 Chicken Tetrazzini, Green Beans, Rolls, Cake: $30 (serves 6)
  • #2 Stuffed Pork Loin/Gravy, Herbed Rice, Green Beans, Rolls, Cake: $35 (serves 6)
  • #3 Baked Ham, Sweet Potato Souffle, Green Beans, Rolls, Cake: $60 (serves 8+)
